The Ingrid Education Centre is an oasis in the middle of the Matopeni slum area, where poverty, hunger, illness and deprivation ravage. The school was founded by a local group of volunteer teachers who saw the need to bring the local children education to improve their futures in a very harsh environment.
First was to separate the maize from the cobs which took two days; Sunday and Monday.Then Tuesday started drying them. After which we are going to transport the packed maize to the Centre .
